We probably do not realize it, but education is a very critical process that should be handled with great accountability and discipline. The success of a person depends on how they were educated and learned when they were younger. This is why a lot of parents put a premium on the standards and quality of education that they can give. The Academic Advantage takes a closer look at why we need to be very particular in finding the venue for our loved ones to learn.
We all know that the family is the basic primary unit, and this would also be the most prolific environment to learn. Your values, principles and ethics would be shaped within your immediate family, so it is important that a child is brought up and trained within values that he can carry even when he gets older. Whether you’re a parent or an older brother it doesn’t really matter you have an effect on the shaping of the youngster in your house. Education and schooling is whats going to keep us together as a country. We need to help our kids realize this at a young age so that they are ready to take off when they are able too.
The second level of education would be in school. The basic reason for getting into school and making sure that one is educated relates to increasing knowledge, being able to set up a good career in the future, and so on. What we sometimes fail to acknowledge is that education also allows us to become social beings dealing with classmates, teachers and peers which will be important for one’s development and well-being. While there are children who are brought up by home schooling and may not have the same experiences as that of someone in a brick and mortar institution. However, the skills that are acquired go beyond just the lessons that they read in books.
When we get out of college or university, we should know that learning does not stop there. It is an ongoing, continuous process that we need to consciously seek in order to better ourselves. Keep in mind that there are some people who did not have the privilege to study, but they were able to become successful simply because they trained by themselves. The Internet has given us this opportunity and we should take advantage of it.

I agree. Learning should never stop, in life. It is the sole way to groom ourselves better and arm ourselves with the proper information. Learning helps, each time. There are ample streams out there, to learn from, based on our interests and capacities. So all we need to do is to focus on one and begin.
